BOOKING/RESERVATIONS/ORDERING

• Book your retreat early ... we suggest you allow two (2) weeks prior to your arrival date
• We prefer a deposit at time of booking of 1/2 down of total amount of retreat
• We accept all major credit cards
• Prices are subject to change

CANCELLATIONS

• Retreats are refunded in full if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to scheduled retreat
• 10% non-refundable administrative fee applies if cancelled less than 14 days
• 1/3rd of deposit monies non-refundable applies if cancelled less than 14 days

TIPPING

• Tips or gratuities are not automatically included in sessions or retreats. Breakdown: Most sessions are approx $100 each - figure 10-15% for tip for your practitioners. Thank you!

DONATIONS

• Some of our services are by donation only. From time-to-time we will be booking certain sessions, services or ceremonies with individuals of a native/indigenous culture or background; some of these individuals ask for donations instead of charging a rate or flat fee. It will be up to you to estimate the donation amount you wish to give; but we can offer you suggestions if you have questions. Feel free to ask.

• As is the practice with our Company to keep our client's confidentiality, the information you furnish us is for the use of Shangri-La Sedona only, and will never be sold, rented, distributed or disclosed to third parties.  Your email and information will remain private and safe with us - we guarantee your confidentiality.
